BB CURL TIP 💪🏼

To ensure you are not cheating the reps, what I usually do is I lock out my elbows during the eccentric phase (Barbell lowering to towards the floor).

This will also secure the fullest range of motion during the curl.

Avoid, swinging your back and think isolating your biceps 💪🏼.

If you are BB curling with your back swinging back and forth you are simply generating momentum to lift the weight. If the goal is to primarily to build muscle then do not hesitate to decrease the weight. 😅
